I received this book and couldn't believe it was a legitimate -- thinking it was illegally printed -- because the images are so fuzzy and hard to read. I returned the book and asked Amazon for a copy of the REAL book, and they sent me another of the same printing quality. Again I told Amazon that the printing is poor and they said they'd make sure it was the real copy and sent it without me having to return the prior. I then owned 2 books with terrible graphics, so I took photos and sent to the publisher, "Surely they'll be livid to hear someone is supplying Amazon with illegal copies of their book"! They said they'd look into it to the issue, meanwhile they sent me a PDF of the book, which I opened, to find fuzzy, pixilated images therein. Well, problem solved -- no one's robbing this publisher, but at nearly $30 a copy, no thanks!

It is filled with techniques, examples and illustrations of how to do practical procedures using python. For Hands on applications, the codes are available.

I purchased the paperback version so I can dive into the kindle because it is free early before the book comes out. This book is really an exceptional guide and reference if you're at the knee in the learning curve. You've dabbled a bit with data analysis and have wetted your appetite to get some hands-on experience using Python. That's where I was and I found myself just getting lost when reading online documents.This book has to be at the top of my list of most highly recommended books for beginners ! The amount of material it covers is awesome (Regression, Clustering, Classification, deep learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, etc.), and I can find almost no fault with it. The writing is extremely clear, easy to read. AI science provides the codes online and some free books. The free book in Python for data analysis is very great one.Needless to say, I have not done all the case studies yet. But I like this book enough that I will work on all the problems I am interested in.If you have some basic experience with Python and zero to a medium level of experience with data science and data analysis, this book is an optimal choice. I would recommend it both for those wishing to self-study and quickly develop working models, and for students in data science who want to learn the implementations of more theoretical data analysis techniques.
